Grieve not the holy Spirit of God

Not to take away from the emphasis we put on prayer, bible reading, and study, but I believe alot of our victory can come by abiding by Eph 4:30 "And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed to redemption." Eph 5:15 says "See then that ye walk circumspectly."
We need to focus more on day to day living. Not grieving the Holy Ghost. Walking circumspectly. I believe we open ourself up for disaster when we walk shoddily. If we are sealed to redemption, protected to redemption, secured to redemption, by the Spirit of God, if we grieve it, are we opening that seal? Allowing something more to sneak in, come in unawares. We need to not only focus on the core essentials of prayer, bible reading, study, etc., but focus also on day to day living. Every action, every deed, every word, every attitude, every thought. God, I don't want anything I do to not bring glory to you. But in all I do, everywhere I go, to God be the glory and praise.
